I need to speak with my bank to find a way to lower my monthly mortgage payment. At the time we got our mortgage our credit was not very good but it has been 3 years and we should be in much better shape. At this point there must be a way to lower my monthly mortgage payment. If I could just free up a couple hundred of dollars every month after I lower my monthly mortgage payment I would be in much better shape and could breathe easier.
