You seem to be in the same position many Americans currently have found themselves in and need to learn how to reduce your mortgage payment. If I understand you correctly your balloon loan has come due and if you do not get a mortgage reduction there is no way you will be able to keep your home. Currently the government is even trying to pass a law that will allow people searching for a mortgage reduction more time to do so. It is one of the largest problems we are faced with in America today. I believe the government will also come up with more options on how to reduce your mortgage payment if things do not improve very soon.
